Project: Coogee Chemicals, Wellesley
Value: $300k

We were proud to collaborate with Monadelphous and Coogee Chemicals on their Wellesley plant project. Our scope of work included the complete installation of wall and roof cladding, roof venting systems, roof safety mesh, and louver systems across all designated buildings. The project also encompassed the coordination and mobilisation of all required materials and equipment to the site.

Project: Talison Lithium Mine, Greenbushes
Value: $1.7M

At this site, we carried out the installation of all roof cladding, wall cladding, venting systems, roof safety mesh, and louvers as required across multiple buildings. Our team also managed the full mobilisation of personnel and materials to support the successful delivery of roofing works on eight separate structures. Ace Roofing WA was also involved in Monadelphous Engineering (2nd Stage) - Talison Lithium Mine, Greenbushes, WA.

Project: New Children's Hospital, Nedlands
Value: $3M

A project close to our hearts, this was at a value of $3M. The award winning Perth Children's Hospital is one of the most technologically advanced and complex construction projects ever undertaken in Australia and is delivering world-lass, patient focused outcomes to children and parents of Western Australia.We installed black screens to hide all pipe work and sorted all cliplock concealed fixings. We also designed the flashings for 1 corner of the building to accommodate building movements caused by natural disaster (i.e. earthquake) to an allowance of 200mm.

Project: Prime House Development Joondalup 
Value: $280k

Located in the heart of Joondalup WA, the eight-storey, A-grade office development was designed to achieve a five-star Green Star rating and a 4.5 NABERs rating and is the largest office development ever undertaken in the City of Joondalup. Prime House Office Development (Best Office Building $20-$50 million). Our scope of work included the complete installation of roof cladding, internal wall sheets and box gutters.

Project: Treatment Plant, Newman

We were proud to collaborate with BHP on their Treatment Plant in Newman, WA. Our scope of work included the complete installation of wall and roof cladding, roof venting systems, roof safety mesh, and louver systems. The project also encompassed the coordination and mobilisation of all required materials and equipment to the site.

Project: Dalwallinu Discovery Centre
Value: Approx $180K

The Dalwallinu Discovery Centre accommodates the Shire's Library, Dalwallinu Tourist information, Performing Arts Room, and kitchen. Our scope of work included the complete installation of roof cladding. We also supplied foam-insulated, double-sided roofing sheets curved to profile – from Victoria.

Project: Corpus Christi College Aquatic Centre
Value: $120k

The Jennifer Reilly Aquatic Centre features a heated 25m pool, an eight-lane indoor lap, and a water polo pool, a separate 12-metre learn-to-swim, pool, and terrace seating for 180 people. We installed roofing sheets (30-40m rolled on-site to shape). Complex rigging was required to ensure everything was lifted in the correct order to ensure everything was laid correctly the first time and to ensure the curvature was correct.

Project: Mount Weld, WA
Value: $150K

 We were proud to partner with Monadelphous on the Mount Weld Project in Laverton, WA. Our scope of work included the full installation of wall and roof cladding using Webb Glass fiberglass sheeting, along with the installation of roof safety mesh.

Client: Private (Residential)

Project: New build - install of roof to new home

We were delighted to contribute to this exceptional new home build. A high-quality Colorbond steel roof was supplied and installed, providing durable protection and long-lasting performance for years to come.

Project: Re-roof of home

​At this residential property, the existing roofing tiles and asbestos were safely and professionally removed by a licensed third-party contractor. A new Colorbond steel roof was then supplied and expertly installed.

Client: ASKIN

The project involved installing 17 rows of top hat on either side of the exisiting main roof while also installing top hat on two smaller existing roofs, installing brand new zinc roof sheets, installing tray flashings, ridge, barges, heat -resistant dektites and gutters.

Client: David Grays

The work was carried out in stages, with two roofs completed at a time, working alongside with focus demolition to safely remove asbestos.

 

The project involved installing brand-new Zincalume corri roof sheets across four large roofs and one smaller one, along with new polycarbonate wall sheets in four sections, as well as flashings and gutters.
